Creating a safe and supportive environment for young people
There are over 360,000 young people victims of crime – between 7 and 25 years old – in London every year. Only 3 out of 10 report their crime.
We are creating opportunities for young people to share their experiences of being a victim of crime with a network of trained trusted adults so they can be emotionally held and supported with the goal of facilitating their recovery.
Free training for adults and youth professionals

Passionate about making London a better place
London Youth has been commissioned by the Mayor’s Office for Policing and Crime to develop and deliver Trusted Youth Allies.
We are London Youth: a charity on a mission to champion and strengthen London’s youth organisations so young people have the opportunities and skills they need to succeed. We do this with and through our members – a network of 600 youth organisations – and at our two outdoor residential centres, Hindleap Warren and Woodrow High House.
Trusted Youth Allies by London Youth aims to ensure that as many young victims of crime in London as possible feel listened to, supported, and empowered.
The programme is delivered by trained counsellors and trauma-informed specialists.
