Kooth is the UK’s largest digital mental health provider and is a confidential way for young people to get help with their emotional wellbeing.
Young people can seek advice and information, or to speak to someone who understands.
Advance
Advance provides expert support to women and girls navigating domestic abuse and the criminal justice system. Their services focus on safety, justice, and equality, offering specialist female-gendered case management for young women and girls who are victims or witnesses of crime in London.
Catch 22
Catch22 provides free, confidential support for under-18s in London who have experienced crime, whether or not it has been reported to the police.
The service also supports those around them, offering emotional and practical support, advocacy, and guidance.
Catch22 also offers an online portal with training resources and support for adults and youth professionals, building capacity across London. If you’d like a case coordinator to contact you, complete the online referral form.
